Bay-Lee Power joined Team IMPACT in July 2017, and now serves as the Fellowship Program Manager. In this position, she plays an integral role in the development and execution of the Team IMPACT Fellowship Program, launched in August 2018. In addition to creating the vision around the growth of our organization’s boots-on-the-ground initiative, Bay-Lee plans and executes our annual Fellowship Summit training in Boston, works to scale the participation of the program to meet annual goals, and supports in the day to day management of the fellows on participating campuses across the country.
Prior to the Fellowship Program, Bay-Lee served as Team IMPACT’s Engagement and Corporate Partnership Manager. In her past role, she worked to develop engagement opportunities for families, teams, volunteers, donors, and anyone else looking to help further Team IMPACT’s mission. She also manages the relationships of Team IMPACT’s corporate partners, while developing opportunities to best engage their employees.
Before coming to Team IMPACT, Power spent two years serving as an AmeriCorps Member with City Year Boston. She grew up in Thousand Oaks, CA and currently resides in South Boston. She is a 2015 graduate from Northeastern University where she earned her BS in Psychology. In her spare time, you can find Bay-Lee relaxing at the beach, trying new restaurants in Boston, or traveling with friends and family.

Team IMPACT allows me to pursue my passion for supporting families through one of the most difficult times in their lives, improving the quality of life for children with serious medical conditions, and empowering and educating student athletes to better understand the power they have as young people to give back and drive change in their communities.
