National Director of Marketing & Communications
Kelly Roberts joined Team IMPACT in December 2018 and currently serves as the Director of Marketing and Communications. In this role, she is responsible for the success of the national marketing and communication goals of the organization, as well as contributing to the broader success of the organization through leadership and support.
Roberts has almost 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing, spending fifteen years at advertising agencies, and five years on the client side of the business. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Marketing for Paint Nite. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Media at Allen & Gerritsen, and Marketing Director at Millennium Partners Sports Club Management. Roberts also spent thirteen years at Hill Holliday, focused on the Dunkin’ Donuts business.
Roberts earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, where she was a member of the Women’s Field Hockey and Lacrosse teams.
When asked the question, “Why Team IMPACT?” Kelly said:
Sports has been an integral part of my life since I was young, so I fully understand the value and camaraderie that comes with being part of a team. Being able to give children with serious and chronic illnesses the opportunity to experience what I did as a student-athlete is amazing. I am inspired by the work that Team IMPACT does on a daily basis and look forward to contributing to forming lifelong bonds and life-changing outcomes!
