Care goes beyond treatment. For a child living with serious illness or disability, hospital stays, appointments, and time away from friends can lead to isolation and make it harder to feel like a kid.
That’s where Team IMPACT comes in.
Our clinically informed program complements a child’s care by addressing social and emotional needs beyond the hospital. Through a supported relationship with a college athletic team, children gain connection, confidence, friendship, and an identity beyond their diagnosis.
We help guide each relationship so it grows with the child and family, creating a community where kids feel seen, supported, and less alone. And for student-athletes, it is an opportunity to lead with empathy, purpose, and care.

Welcome Kit
When a child is officially matched with a team, they receive a special welcome package with exciting Team IMPACT items, apparel, and a hand-written welcome letter.
Signing Day
Signing Day signifies a child’s formal commitment to join the team! With your support we can provide an official Team IMPACT Signing Day welcome box.
Awareness Event
Awareness Events ensure families, teams, and supporters are aware of our mission and have a way to get involved.
Fellowship Summit
Over 150 student-athletes take part in our Fellowship program – this fund allows them to take part in our 3-day summer workshop in Boston.
Match
Your support allows our clinical team to manage a personalized game plan for every child, every step of the way. Your generous contribution funds our experience for one child for a full year.
