Emily joined Team IMPACT in April 2022, serving as the Match Up Specialist for the West Region.
Prior to joining Team IMPACT, Emily served as the Assistant Athletics Director of Sports Medicine at Westcliff University, providing & overseeing the healthcare of over 400 athletes across 26 teams. Emily began her career as a certified athletic trainer with the Titans softball team at Cal State Fullerton in the midst of their four-year Big West Championship run.
As an athletic training student, she spent time working with the TCU Horned Frogs football, baseball, and men’s basketball teams.
In her free time, Emily loves to read, be active, and spend time outside with her family, friends, and, most importantly, her rescue dog, Blue.
When asked the question, “Why Team IMPACT?” Emily said:
I learned about Team IMPACT for the first time as an athletic training student with the TCU Baseball team. Seeing the impact the matched child had not only on the team but on the university as a whole has stuck with me. I am excited for the opportunity to bring my background as an ATC to Team IMPACT to help facilitate these life-changing relationships for children, families, and student-athletes.
