Tell your entire healthcare team about the amazing experience that your child has had through Team IMPACT. Ask them to fill out our referral form to help us reach more children and families we can support.

Reach out to other families in your community whose children are also facing a serious illness or disability so they can experience the social-emotional benefits of Team IMPACT’s program just like your child and family did.

  • Share your story on your personal social media
  • Post information about Team IMPACT in appropriate groups
  • Talk about your experience during an upcoming parenting or networking event

What You Could Do:

  • Send an email to the organization (see a sample email below or write your own!)
    • “I wanted to reach out to tell you about a wonderful program our family takes part in called Team IMPACT. They are a national nonprofit connecting children living with chronic illness or serious medical conditions with college athletic teams.

      Share some of your story – the team you’re matched with, how your child has benefited from participating, etc.

      I am excited to see other families experience the support that Team IMPACT provides. I would like to connect you with [NAME], Regional Director of Programs for Team IMPACT.”
