Erica joined Team IMPACT in May 2019 and currently serves as the Case Manager for the South/Southeast Region.  In this role, she helps facilitate communication between families and college athletic teams to foster supportive and positive relationships that extend beyond the playing field.

Erica earned her Master’s Degree in Child Life and Family Centered Care from Wheelock College in Boston.  She has volunteered at Camp Sunshine, interned at Hasbro Children’s Hospital in hematology/oncology units, and spent many years as a nanny providing in home support to families.  Erice is a Certified Child Life Specialist which makes her a great addition in helping support our families and teams through our program.  Erica likes to explore new places with friends and spend time with her twin brother.

When asked the question, “Why Team IMPACT?” Erica said:

Team IMPACT gives me the opportunity to extend support to families outside of the hospital in such a fun outlet. I am so lucky to be able to provide families with a team of college athletes to support them through their ups and downs while giving college athletes a new perspective on life and the opportunity to do good in their community. I am honored to support teams and families and watch their relationship grow!
