Join families, healthcare partners, student-athletes, and supporters of all ages and abilities as they lace up their shoes and grease up their wheels—from anywhere—to support Team IMPACT. Gather your family, friends, co-workers, and pets* to walk, run, or roll together through your town, or participate on your own! There’s no wrong way to 5K.
Your participation in the All In 5K helps not only bring our entire, nationwide community together, but also helps us raise critical funds so that we can continue to get all kids in the game.
Go All In as an individual, or join or start a team.
Connect with friends, family and co-workers using resources in our toolkit.
Participate however you choose on the day of the event, and capture it all!
Visit the event OneCause page. In the top right corner of the screen, click the Register button or click the blue Register as an Individual button below.
Choose to sign up with your Facebook, Google, or X profile by clicking the buttons on the left of the pop-up screen, or select Sign Up Using Email on the right.
Complete the requested information to sign in through your selected social media profile, or complete the form provided to sign up via email.
When prompted, select the All In Anywhere option to complete your 5K from anywhere. If local to a hub location, select your respective location to participate as an individual on a planned route.
On the next screen, select the blue Register as an Individual button.
Complete the form requesting your basic information.
Select I want to Run/Walk/Roll if you plan to fundraise to complete the 5K.
Select Just Fundraise! option if you do not plan to complete the 5K but would like to support Team IMPACT by fundraising for the event.
Click Add a Registration to complete a registration on behalf of any friends or family members who would like to participate, or skip this section and click Next.
Complete requested contact and credit card information. Then click Next.
Consider making a donation in addition to your registration fee. Any donations made at this time will be added to your official fundraising total. Then click Finish to complete your registration.
You will receive your registration confirmation details.
Click the Registration Complete - Set Up Your Fundraising Page button to personalize your fundraising page! Add a photo, language about why you are participating, and more.
During the 2024 All In 5K, you helped us raise $135,000 across 90 campuses with over 2,200 people participating.
